Recruitment Notice: Project Coordinator under PACT

free_for_jobJalpaiguri HRIDAY call for a walk in interview for the post of Project Coordinator  under PACT – GFATM Project of Community Care Centre on contractual basis will be held on 28/02/11 at 11: 00 AM at SPANDAN – CCC, Melar Math, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, Ph. No: 03526 – 258036.

Project Coordinator (1):  

Graduate from any discipline. PG degree / diploma in any social science / Management degree desirable. 2 years of experience preferably in health care sector / facility –
Salary - 9,000 P.M. 

Roles and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator Programmatic:

• Overall management of the CCC/CCSC.

• Ensure quality services are provided at the CCC/CCSC.

• Co-ordinate and supervise outreach activities effectively.

• Identify training needs and get the staff trained as per the guidelines.

• Ensure proper record keeping and proper systems for all the services provided at the CCC/CCSC as per the guidelines. 

• Ensure proper documentation of the CCC/CCSC activities.

• Ensure timely submission of reports- MIS and SOE.

• Furnish the information/ data required by NACO/SACS/ Implementing Agency.

• Establish rapport and linkages with ARTC/RNTCP/ ICTC/ TI/ DAPCU/ DLN/Others.

• Linkages with other social service providers and schemes.

• Point person for review meetings, visits, sharing workshops etc.

• Ensure safety and safeguard of all project assets, staff and patients.

 Procurement and financial management:

• Review stock of medicines and reagents periodically and fulfil l supply requirements in consultation with the medical officer. 

• Review the requirement and stock of equipments and other supplies in consultation with respective staff and ensure their availability. 

• Compliance to procurement guidelines prescribed by NACO. 

• Ensure proper fund utilisation as per the budget and action plan.

• Compliance to general accounting procedures.
